Rude, inattentive and ineffective. Doctor was sarcastic and he, and some of the nursing staff, were short-tempered and aloof. Horrible communication. Was only finally "cared for" by the radiology team and the discharge nurse. I was disgusted when I accessed my chart days after my visit and discovered that my main reason for being there was not even mentioned in the comments, and my secondary issue was noted in the chart, after having been there for hours, as "this is new" (when if fact they told me they had given me medication to alleviate the issue!) Unbelievable ineptitude. The ER was full, but not overwhelmingly busy. Most of the time I was there the doctor and staff were gathered around the nurses station laughing. After being abandoned in my room for an uncomfortable amount of time, I crawled out of bed and hobbled down the hall to ask to be released. Recommendation: if you have the option, go to the other ER in Missoula. The "new ER" at Community leaves much to be desired as far as patient care is concerned.

ER is horrible they rude and uncaring. I went in with stomach pain. They said i was just starting period they did not run any test. Turns out after going to my main doctor i have mass which they would of seen if they took the time to image my stomach..... Update 11.16.21 no changes have been made they still very rude 😒 charges for stuff that they didnt do uggg there has to be place to turn this hospital in of this wasnt the only hospital close i wpuld go somewhere else
