This place has been in a free fall since before the pandemic. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE. CALL. They may not be open, because they don't have the staff. And then it's a nightmare to get in touch with someone to get a refund. And then they'll blame it on the same old tired line: 'No OnE wAnTs To WoRk' people that pay well, don't have staffing problems. If you do get your food, there is no guarantee that it will be made right, or well. Cleanliness isn't a big deal for them. Food safety isn't a big deal. They will pull up their pants, and then pick up your food to hand it to you. All of this has happened to me over the past 12 months. I will not go back. My wife witnessing the cashier pulling up their pants, and handing her the bags of food was the last straw.

I placed an order at 8:56 pm at 10:10 I called to see where my order was and the gentleman said that my order was just coming out and he will have a delivery driver bring it. My order is already 20 minutes late when I called how much longer will I have to wait for my food?

I called and was on hold for 7 minutes and finally hung up and called right back and was answered immediately and took my order which meant that I would have set on hold for God knows how long. Then was told 35 minutes roughly which would have been ok except it took over an hour and 2 calls from me to ask why it was taking so lomg. My food showed up cold and I was asked not to order from them again because I said it was most definitely a management issue.

Honestly I wish that I could rate them higher than this. The staff is genuinely friendly. I ordered their garlic pizza over the phone and confirmed the toppings, (crab, cheese, garlic sauce, mushrooms, broccoli, no tomato). When I arrived they promptly told me that they made it wrong, and it had tomato. I didn't ask for this, but they offered to give me the pizza I ordered along with the one they messed up. Once I bit into it I immediately realized how undercooked the whole thing was. The mushrooms were slimy and had an odd taste, the dough was way too soft and starchy, and the crab almost immediately made me feel sick. This isn't the first time that they've messed up a specialty pizza, either. I had to wait over an hour, and the two 14" pizzas weren't even worth $19.45.

This happens A LOT! They either need to upgrade the phone system and be able to handle more calls or something. The last time I tried ordering here it took over 20 minutes of redialing every 20 seconds or so trying to just get my order in. If it's not a phone issue and it's a staffing issue of them leaving people on hold while ringing up pickup customers or something. Just a few orders they miss from the busy phone would pay for a person to be mostly dedicated to phone orders. I thought it was a one time thing but this happens most times the wife and I try ordering from here.
