Horrible facility. Reps behind counter are rude. I’ve been dropping off ground packages and am getting invoiced pickup charges. When asked why was told ‘they are not affiliated with FedEx ground’. As of June 22, 2022 their website clearly lists Ground as a service at this location and hard to miss the XL ‘FedEx Ship Center’ out front. No where outside or inside does it state Express services only. Beware, if you are a business like me that uses this location for drop offs, check your invoices carefully.

Hours are accurate but the last Express package pick up is currently 8:00pm and only posted on papers in-store. This is not consistent with the hours online. I personally got here with enough extra time, hopefully posting this helps others though.

Took 5 days to receive a package that was supposed to be second day delivery. The day it was supposed to arrive initially, the package left needham for delivery at 9AM and then due to a storm at 7:30PM it was called back and now is sitting in the same place again for no apparent reason (I received an Amazon package from ups that same day at 7:40). Do yourself a favor and use UPS instead. FedEx has been really good in terms of keeping my packages intact but they are highly unreliable

Total confusion between counter clerks. They had an extremely difficult time trying to assist the person ahead of me. All they wanted to do is send one package to Canada. Two clerks, started with chuckling and quickly went to bickering. I was there for a pickup, for 20 minutes.
