We ordered parts for a washing machine unit, they came out to inspect and invoiced us for the part. We scheduled a day for them to come back out, to which no showed up to fix the Washer. Still unable to contact anyone and we just get handed off to outsourced sears workers from an automative phone number and still have yet to receive a refund of money spent on parts or anything from Sears.
