This company has done to no call no shows. Their customer service is in India and have never help me to resolve the issue they just reschedule me and I have to wait weeks and weeks at a time for Repair I would not recommend this company if you need repairs done because you want them done ASAP and they take a very long time.

The scheduling process blew my mind. The closest appointment was a week away - scheduled 4 hr window 8am-12pm. Upon following email’s prompt to see when technical will arrive - expected time was 11:14am (to do estimate and repairs by 12pm?) It gets better as time have changed to 3pm, than to 4pm … and I’m not wondering if technician even going to make it? Further more, trying to call to check on this appointments sets up with with an answering machine only! I was astonished to find out that my technician has 6 stops before he even gets to my house - what was that 8-12 window again?? How that even possible?? I’m so glad I didn’t actually requested time off for this as it would have been a total waste of my time!!! This scheduling is a gamble and extremely confusing. When you say 8-12. I expect technician at my door by 8am fixing my appliance. The information you provide is not even remotely accurate in the regard of the scheduling time. I expect my service to be done within the time it has been scheduled. This is very unprofessional way of conducting business. Added: technician showed up - garage door is open and my husbands car is parked outside. He didn’t even ringed the bell to the door. Left a message no one is home and left. Cannot get a hold of anyone to answer a phone or speak with. If this is normal service you should be out of business

The repairman, Steve, showed up on time. He was both professional and friendly. He took care of the problems with my dryer, and left the laundry room as clean, maybe cleaner, than he found it. He also took the time to educate me on what I can do to help maintain my dryer so that it would work properly and safely. GREAT JOB

Our ice maker was not working, so we had A & E come out to check it. The repairman was so professional and right on time. He determined that the ice maker needed a new valve and ordered it before he left. He also scheduled a new time and day to return to put the part on when it was delivered. At the next appointment, he was prompt, got right to work replacing the part and was VERY polite and knowledgable. I was extremely pleased with our first experience with the company!
