Dont believe the reviews. I would not bring any equipment here or have them pick up anything. Had my mower for 3 weeks, never got a diagnosis or even a phone call. It looks like this company collects mowers, repairs not so much. My suspicion is that they pick up mowers with hopes of customers leaving them there so they can use them for parts. Poor communication and organization. They promised to call back in 20 minutes on a few occasions, but never did. Other times I called they never answered. If you actually have grass to cut, you'd be better off going somewhere else.

Never dealing with this people again they don't understand what costumer service is!!! Out of 10 calls they answered 2 they lost parts to my mower and they tried to say I lost them when I picked up my mower!!!!!

They are never ever open! and they do not pick up the phone either. I think that the business might be closed, otherwise I do not understand it.
