Hello Ish, Title held by married couples have traditionally been shown as "A&B, his wife"," A&B, husband and wife", and more recently "A&B, married". These designations imply title is held as tenants by the entirety, meaning one indivisible share which automatically passes upon death without probate to the surviving spouse.
