It was my first time there last month and I thought it was a place I finally found prices were good close to home I even recommended to co workers only to find out that nails was falling every week when I would go back to fix it because they shouldn’t be falling after one week they would ignore me one of the girls was just sitting around chatting laughing talking in their language! They are rude and lack good customer service! I wouldn’t Recommend it at all! My coworkers that I recommended Also told me the same, about the nails breaking then them giving her a hard time!

I called earlier in the week to make and appointment for a pedicure and a fill set of acrylic pink and whites. I was asked if I knew who I wanted and being it’s my first time there I said It didn’t matter. Then I was told to come in 9:15 and there was no need for an appointment. I showed up update around 9ish and was was given my pedicure right away (it was a little rushed…but fine). Then the girl told me to sit and wait for someone to do my nails because she can’t do acrylics but to not worry because the people that could would be there any minute. Now, at this point I sit and wait as I see Other ladies (who prob were given appointments) sitting and getting nails done. A women came in who was a worker and I assumed At that point that’s who’d be taking me. She sits down and goes on her phone and is just talking to her co workers. It dawned on me she probably had an appointment coming in and couldn’t take me, and all the other ladies working legit just started so I would Be waiting awhile. Unfortunately, I didn’t have all day to sit around being I have a baby at home and my time out is limited. I decided to leave so I paid For my pedicure, tipped the girl and left. I nicely told them when I called I was told I didnt need an appointment and the gentleman at the counter just beat around the bush and tried to get me to come in later today. I kindly declined. Customer service is really big for me so I will not be returning.
