I am changing my review because I just returned from a mediocre appointment. The entire experience felt rushed, and I didn't feel taken care of. My friend made an appointment for us to sit together, and they didn't give us the option. Any attempt at a hand massage was so weak and lackluster. They still have those plastic boards between chairs so it's hard to literally get up from the station. I can't imagine I'll be heading back any time soon.
