If I could leave 0 stars I would. Two years ago we took our 4Runner in for an oil change, and they came back with thousands of dollars that could be done in repairs. Everything on the list didn’t make sense for how the car was operating. We just did the oil change and haven’t had any issues since. We just took our Camry in this week and asked for a routine oil change and the same thing happened. The next morning, we noticed it’s leaking out of the front, where there was no leaking before. We also received 3 calls from them the next day to buy our Camry, which we are not interested in selling. Big 2 Toyota repair shop is running a completely unethical business, we will not be doing any more services with them EVER. I recommend if you don’t want to be scammed, you won’t either.

Management is unprofessional, salesmen sold 3 of the 4 cars we were looking at in the 117 minute time on site one during deal explanation. Dealer lost the car being traded in. GPS said he took it on a 10 mile ride to a Wendy’s, Salesman didn’t try to adjust the deal or make an effort. All around worst experience ever. End result. They stressed my dad out so much he had a heart attack and he’s in the Emergency Room at Mercy Gilbert now because he lost consciousness in getting into the vehicle while I was picking him up on the car lot; after they found his vehicle. Lawyer says unless they discount a new or used car to 25-30% off it’s very easy to sue the dealership for what is expected to be 30-50k in medical bills.

I took my Toyota Corolla 2019 for alignment on 13 October 2022 at 3:30pm. After 2 hours they come back to tell me that they could not do it because the vehicle had prior damage(restored). They said they'll get my car back without alignment adjustment and there was no charge. I agreed. Once I get the car, the PCS, Slip Indicator and Warning signs are on. They never mentioned verbally or in writing that those lights were on when they handed me the car. Also, the wheel is now 30 degrees off. When I went back, the advisor looked very upset and said the reason he did not tell me anything about the warning signs and wheel is because I did not tell about the prior damage. They mentioned that all they did was to put the car on jack, reviewed the damage and returned the car. This does not make sense that it took 2 hours to do that. I requested to talk to the technician, but they declined as he does not get paid to talk the customer and he'll tell the same thing. They say they cannot help me even if the car is at the same condition when they received it. I wish I at least received the vehicle in same the same condition with no warning signs and wheel at normal position. Advisor mentioned that if I am willing to pay for 5 hours of labor then his technician can try to look into it without any guarantee. How is it fair that I now have to pay someone to fix the problems caused by the dealership?

Thought I had found a dealer that would treat me fair. I was sooo wrong. From the time we ordered the car to when it showed up, less then a month, the “market had changed” and our car was now worth way less. I fell for the BS and found out a few days later when the car went up on their web site that it had now gone WAY UP in value. Fool me once….

Call them, this is a question forum for customer to customer questions.
Betty, what's your email address? I work at Big Two Toyota...Thanks, Barbara! 😊
No the service advisor work with Lyft to get you a ride to and from within a certain distance, I believe.
People all wear masks here and they keep people distanced from one another. They have check out screens and dividers as well for all their counters that take payments.
Go to this website and you can see what they have: https://www.bigtwotoyota.com/
Not from the manufacturer. It can be done through an after market source like a stereo shop, Best Buy or Frys Electronics.
Call Toyota main line. They can go by your VIN to tell you exactly what needs to be replaced if there is a recall.
Ok. Will they reimburse me for a new battery since I need to use my car and can't wait til monday?
Take it in and ask for my service writer Joe who is simplybthe best. Gary
Another good place would be to check some forums where people have same make and model you have for people who may have experience as well as dealer employees or mechanics who can comment with pros and cons
Call the main line and they will transfer you to that extension.
