We purchased a 2022 Ford F150, fresh off the truck and it had a area on the hood where the paint was chipped all the way to the metal underneath. At time of purchase we were promised that it would be fixed. After two weeks they finally got us in and said it would take about an hour to fix, came back after about 4 hours and still had to wait 30 mins for the truck to be done. When I walked out with the service rep to look at the work they noticed before I did that it was not fixed correctly, they just applied some white paint and not even the right white color. I expressed concern and asked for a paint pen because I could just do it better, but told them I would talk with my husband to see if he wanted it redone. He called the salesman immediately and told him this was not acceptable and wanted it redone. That was three weeks ago and no one has reached out to get this resolved. We have attempted to reach the dealership several times and the sales person without success. This is completely unprofessional and we will not buy from them again.

We had an issue with a lug nut lock and no key, but Zack was incredibly helpful and professional. I will ask for him every time I have a service appointment from now on!

I would give zero stars if possible. We took our car in for an oil change and when we got it back two tires were low. Advisor told us the gauge must be off, it should reset after a few miles, and he had the tech double check the pressure. That was a lie. We had the tires checked and the pressure was EXACTLY what the gauge said! Called the advisor to let him know and he did not care. We will not be going back and will let everyone we know how we were treated.

I'd rate them zero stars for discrimination and false advertising They are outliers and have zero professionalism. They mentioned I cannot test drive a car as it adds miles and in next 5 mins got a white customer driving it who came 30 mins after me. They changed the msrp with fake stickers and trying to cheat customers. Ford should cancel their dealership. This place is nothing but Shame. Beware of these vampires

They are eager to sell you a vehicle yes. If you purchase the extra coverage you are in good hands. We haven't had any bad luck as of yet except for they are very slow fixing your car exploding you to find a rental because they don't have loaners on site.
I dont know who thw manager is. The finance manager I believe in Sean. And it's in Surprise not Peoria.
