The Park at Surprise Independent Living Community

I recently started looking for independent living facilities in the west Phoenix Valley. My search was comprehensive. I found The Park at Surprise and what a pleasant Surprise it is!!!! The facility is tastefully decorated, and the apartments hold many nice amenities. The food is tasty as well. The best portion of this experience centers around my representative, Sabrina F. She went out of her way to answer all my questions which were unending. Sabrina is one of those genuinely competent ladies who puts the client first. There was no pressure for me to make up my mind as to what I might want. Sabrina met with me and my family several times to give information and help with decisions. I am happy to say that I am now a resident and the kindness and consideration of all the staff has been unending toward me. Thank you, Sabrina, for all you did to help make my experience a good one and helping me make the right choices! Also, thanks to the remainder of the staff here who have helped me feel at home! Have known about the Park at Surprise since the construction and the grand opening, has been a wonderful community for our seniors to go when they want that wonderful independent living with the life style they want! I'm just a bit sad there is a age restriction, bc I would have moved in myself. Just a gorgeous building with fabulous staff, everyone is so helpful which is amazing. So warm and inviting
