Do not bring your family members to this facility! My friends mom passed away under there care and other residents as well and a lot of people feel it was their fault from lack of attention. They can never keep caregivers because of poor management. I REPEAT DONT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE! Especially memory care. And the food is awful.

Big Thanks to all the office, nurses, support and service staff! You’ve made Mom feel at home, comfortable and especially safe from unwanted visitors. We are very happy with the choice to move her into Mariposa Point’s assisted living facility. She’s so happy! The Matz family is very thankful for your continuous care.

STAY AWAY!!!! My mother has lived here for 2.5 years. The decline in care has been steady since the arrival of Maria and Paula. We chose this place for my parents because it had a family atmosphere. Employees were treated like family and thus treated residents and family members like family. Now? It's nothing more that another company out to make a buck. The only reason my mother has been there for as long as she was is in part to consistency and routine being optimal for Alzheimer's/dementia patients. You can't have consistency when staff turnover is so high and they don't "know" their patients/residents.

My friend just noticed the erroneous reviews they have. They have staff do reviews just to beef up their scores. They have patients WITH DEMENTIA leaving reviews....that would be fine if the patients had access to computers or had cell phones anymore. But there are a few in here that have no phone to leave a review, access to computers on their own and the wording of the review isn't how they speak. Obviously these are coerced or completely fraudulent. I would think twice before leaving a loved one here.

Yes. There is a base rate and then a sliding scale for additional needs, based on how much assistance is needed. Dad has actually dropped to a lower level of care since his arrival and does more on his own now.
Yes, contact them and they will show you the entire facility. My mom has been there since they opened and i have been so happy with her care. This is by far the best facility i found
