I’ve been using Pure Comfort for a few years and the customer service is so professional. Mike communicates very well and would never take advantage of a possible or existing client.

Great service!

Sent a service request on their website at 8 o’clock at night and had a tentative appointment by 630 the next morning! Checked both systems and did what needed to be done. No attempt to upsell or do any additional unnecessary service. This will be our go to HVAC service company.

Pure Comfort Heating & Cooling Located in Lancaster, Ohio, is the best HVAC company we have ever hired. Mike came and assessed our system right away. Mike is not only very knowledgeable, but also is caring and honest. This is a very rare combination these days. Mike tried to figure out a way to repair our 27 1/2 year old system, however it would have cost us quite a bit of money because of what was wrong with it. It was time to replace our furnace and air conditioner. We did get 5 quotes from different HVAC companies. Pure Comfort Heating & Cooling came out on top for everything. The install was done on time, quickly, and in a professional manner. Pure Comfort Heating & Cooling will be our HVAC company from now on, and we highly recommend this company and Mike. We completely trust Mike and his crew. Our system is working great. Thank you, Mike!

Hello Laverne. Air purifier systems can benefit your home by way of decreasing known allergens and airborne contaminants. These systems work in conjunction with your current filtration systems on your existing HVAC unit and can add an extra layer of protection to the air in your homes.
Good morning and thank you for contacting us. Yes we do offer maintenance plans ranging from $159 - $479. a year. Thank you
Hi Kate, The decision to upgrade to a new heating and cooling system isn’t often a cut and dry case. In general, if your system has reached 10+ years of age and the repairs are looking to be more than 30% of the cost of a new system, we recommend considering an upgrade. I hope this answers your question!
Hello Shadrach, Yes, we do Air duct sealing. In homes with forced-air heating and cooling systems, ducts are used to distribute conditioned air throughout the house. In a typical house, however, about 20 percent of the air that moves through the duct system is lost due to leaks, holes, and poorly connected ducts.
Absolutely, Andrew! We understand that heating and cooling issues can often occur after hours, but that shouldn’t mean you need to sit in discomfort while you wait for business to open back up. We offer 24/7 emergency services for all of our clients to keep you in comfort no matter what time of day.

It’s possible to improve your energy efficiency and lower your utility expenses without upgrading to an all-new system. Some of the easiest ways to reduce your carbon footprint and save on your heating and cooling bills include running your system at night when there is less demand from the outside to keep up with the set temperatures, and keeping your thermostat set at a more moderate temperature. We would be happy to discuss other ways you can improve your home’s energy efficiency – give us a call today.
In general, your home requires approximately 25 BTUs to control the climate of one square foot in your home. For a very rough estimate, multiply your square footage by 25 to get a general idea of how large a system you will need. It is important to note, however, that there are several factors that figure into determining the right size unit – including ceiling heights, type and quality of insulation, drafts, and ductwork seal quality to name a few. A consult with our trained technicians will give you the most accurate estimate on what you’ll need.
While there is no set timeframe for the life of your filters, it is generally recommended you change your filters at least once every three months. This is recommended for the average household but does not account for homes with outside contaminants or other household allergen risks. If, for example, you are a pet owner, we generally suggest changing your filters more frequently on a monthly basis.
