My apt. is nice, comfy and safe. The view in front of my apt. has a country atmosphere. Lots of room for my little dog to run, walk and play. The grounds are well kept. The train going through is a plus!! Chloe {my little dog} and I love trains. The neighbors are quiet and nice. The best thing, living here is Tammy and Matt. They are so kind, professional, always willing to help. They are like family. Chloe loves visiting them. She gets so excited whenever she sees them. They are good people. They took the time to check Chloe over when I thought she had a tick. Then Tammy calmed me down. Devon is awesome as well. I'm sure Phil will be too. Working and learning under Tammy and Matt's expertise, no doubt, he will be. Tammy and Matt need to be recognized for their hard work. Thank you, Kathy Garrett

I don't believe there are studio apartments but there are small 1 bedroom apartments called the Daisy. Depending on the location the rent will range slightly. I pay around $810.00/month.
A 2 br townhouse is $925 a month and I believe the pet deposit is $450 per animal
Not sure if any are available but you pay water, trash and pet fees included in rent, mines about 1000 a month. And than you have electric and gas as well. Costs around 1180 a month with everything.
