Nice apartments! Management is great! Always very helpful! The apartments are well maintained and updated regularly! Very good maintenance staff!

Lived here for a year and recently moved out due to job relocation. Mostly pleasant place to live, quiet. Apartments are overpriced for what they are. Management will try to take your deposit over anything though. They charged me $110 out of my deposit to replace a fan that their maintenance people broke while installing. Maintenance told us they would take care of it and never did. When I informed the manager she told me that maintenance people are not authorized to make that decision, so she was eluding that I'm a liar. Avoid living here if possible if you want to keep your deposits monies upon move out.
