So we have been to this urgent care location about 20 times and each and every time we have been treated well, service is very fast and staff is kind. We may not like the answers they give or paying our copay but they are direct and transparent which speaks volumes to us. They have been kind and caring to our kids when they aren’t feeling well which can make all the difference in the world.

Horrible experience! I have been here 3 times the nurses are very rude. Staff is just down right disrespectful. They are not understanding in anyway. The doctors were fair, but not impressed. Do not recommend this urgent care to anyone. Drive to the other two urgent cares in Newark, for the service is far better.
