Although we did get in quickly the building is not well kept and dated. The staff are kind but lack general medical knowledge. The MA had food on her shirt and proceeded to wipe it off with her I gloves finger and wipe it on the trash can. Then without washing her hands or wearing gloves, she went to swab my daughters throat for strep. She also pulled her mask off in the room stating “I just get too hot for these things.” She incorrectly completed the strep test causing it to have to be redone. She then lied to us and told us that it was positive, although it was not. I am an emergency department nurse and we frequently use the same test in our department. It was very obviously negative. When the nurse practitioner entered the room, she also looked at the test and stated that it was positive. I told her that it was clearly not positive, and I was not sure why they were insisting that it was. She tried to tell me that there was an extremely faint line on the test. There was not. She did agree with me that she would tentatively write antibiotics that could be taken if my daughters fever did not improve. She also wrote for a cold and decongestant medicine. She was kind and professional. Overall I would not recommend this business to anyone.

On 10/2022, My husband and I had just moved back to the area and fell very ill. That's what happens when you move from Florida to Ohio. Your body systems take a hit from 90+degree weather going to 45 degrees. You end up with a viral or bacterial infection that takes you down. We went to the Family Urgent Care in Heath, Ohio. The office staff was very efficient and caring. The doctors were also caring and answered all of our questions and, did a complete check-over, ordered meds we needed to rebound our systems. We would highly recommend the Family Urgent Care in Heath, Ohio! They took outstanding care of both of us!

Worst service ever. Sat in the room half hour before anyone came than peef and waited st least another half hour just for Dr to tell me what I already knew and give me meds.
