Very clean and the staff are always helpful and accommodating at ANY hour day or night! Elizabeth during the day shift is my favorite but I don’t think I’ve met a single person that works here that hasn’t gone above and beyond for me

I am between apartments, so I've been here for 6 months. Aside from some building issues (burst pipe in winter/flood, elevator and water being out for a while, etc), which they have been fixing, my stay has been great. Just wish there were more amenities (like the ones extended stay advertises on the tv when you turn it on😭). And i wish the walls weren't so thin. Another downside is that there arent many areas to go if you want to get out of your room. Basically just the parking lot. However, the staff are incredibly nice, friendly people and will help you with anything you need. The managers also don't put up with any problematic people or etc in the hotel. Oh and the vending machines and washers/dryers can be moody and not work a lot of the time. But overall, it's been a decent stay. 👍

The staff is friendly and helpful. The whole place is kept clean. The laundry center wasn’t fully functional for a few days because the machines where full of money. But the front desk dried all of my clothes for the inconvenience. I’ll definitely come back if needed

Wonderfully maintained building. I love the staff. They're very welcoming. It's so clean and the staff is amazing. Elizabeth has been beyond helpful. She has helped us with all our needs and even went above and beyond getting cooking utensils for us. I'd highly recommend this establishment and I highly recommend you talk with Elizabeth. She's an incredible person with a huge heart. Easily the best hotel we have stayed at.
