I live in hotels 3 weeks a month. This place makes you feel like they want to serve you. Signed me up for rewards, others act like they don't want to give you rewards when you get corporate rates. The clientele is a better class than must of the other chains I've used. Love that I can eat breakfast and dinner free.

Positive: The evening kick back & snacks are much more than that; we had full on meal and loved it. The breakfast was even better and well exceeded our expectations. Negative: The only issue we had was the toilet in our room did not stop running once flushed. We had to lift the lid and manually adjust it to make it stop running. Other than that issue we loved it and would recommend.

Positive: The staff was AMAZING!! Helpful and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The hotel location is easy to get to and near shopping that we often look for on short trips. I would stay here again! Negative: Our room needed some attention. Dust hanging from the ceiling, the shower head is coming out of the wall, no trash bags in the trash cans. The heating unit was very loud when it ran. For the room rate I just expected it to be in nicer condition.

I've never had a bad experience at a Drury Inn, and this was no exception. Hotel was very clean, staff extremely friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. And every Drury I've stayed in offers 3 drinks and a full dinner each night of your stay, and a full hot breakfast every morning. Nice pool area, although I will say the hot tub is a bit small. Once you put 4-5 people in there your sitting on top of one another. While we in the hot tub we did have a staff member come in and ask if the temperature was adequate and if we needed anything, which I thought was very nice. Over all i would recommend Drury.
