I had a dental emergency in the fall of 2021 and they quickly got me in the same day. I found everyone in the office very friendly, helpful and efficient. In addition the cost of dental work is extremely reasonable compared to other dentists. Dr. Park is a pleasant dentist and knows what he is doing.

One of the better dentists that I have been to.

They are so sweet and caring here. They go above and beyond to make sure you are looked out for. I have never met such a special group of people who genuinely care for others.

Hi I'm Rebecca. I love this dentist. I've had other dental experiences and nothing like Oakdale Smile. Denise is a great person and Dr.Parks is great as well. Highly recommend!

Spend at least two minutes bushing your teeth. You don't have to use a hard brittle toothbrush to remove the plaque or bacteria. It will take at least two minute to properly bush your teeth. Flossing also helps and will reach where the toothbrush does not. Try not to eat to much food that contains sugar. If you not able to brush your teeth after a meal, rinse your mouth with water and chew sugarless gum.
Brushing your teeth will not remove all the plaque or bacteria. In order to do this in between your teeth in the tight places flossing is required. A mouth wash will also help. The combination of brushing, flossing and mouth wash will do a great job.
This will depend greatly on what your dental needs are for the first appointment. If this is a dental emergency because you have not been to the dentist for years the time could be 1 and 1/2 hours. If this is a more routine dental visit less than 1 hour.
Yes they do.
Make it fun, brush your teeth with them. If they see you with good dental hygiene, dental habit they will also pick it up. Take your children to the dentist just for a check up, no just when they need a cavity pulled. If you take them to the dentist for a good check up they won't associate going to the dentist with pain all the time...make it fun.
Please bring the following items with you to your appointment: Patient Information Form, Dental Insurance Card (if applicable), Identification such as Driver's License, Military ID or State ID, Patient Health History Form, HIPAA Consent Form, Patient Authorization Form. Of course you can always pass by to pick up the forms or we'll mail them to you so you can have them filled out ahead of time to make better use of your time with the doctor.
Please be sure to request a prescription prior to your appointment, or if you are unsure, contact your dentist and ask.
