I am extremely disturbed ..I wrote a 25.00 dollar check to the health dept on October 16 of this year and it has NEVER been sent to my bank. I needed a birth certificate Upon calling them I learned they had been too occupied, sick or what ever to send it to my bank. I am going there tomorrow to see if they will give me back the check and I will replace it with cash.. This is an inconvenience to me and I am thoroughly disgusted.

You can get the vaccine but I'm not sure if they do the testing. You can get tested at Genesis perry county medical center in Somerset or at Genesis First care right beside the health department but you have to have a Dr.'s order there.
Yes, if born in Perry County if not will need to go to the county where born..
