Rude! Customer service is not a thing here! Smile…. Nobody is forcing you to work here. I had to leave and drive to the Lancaster BMV, where I was in and out quickly with no problems. Lancaster Bmv didn’t understand why they couldn’t help me.. but the “ manager” behind counter said “ there’s nothing I can do for you”. No, you clearly just don’t care to do your job!

If you just need a memorandum title it is 6 dollars. Its not an official title but you can get your tags and registration with it.
The book is free, the permit cost 22 before tax the exact tax amount depends on if u pay in cash or with a card and they are good for a year
