Thank you for asking! We are committed to following the CDC guidelines. We wear masks, social distance and sanitize our vehicles after test drives and/or demonstrations. Our service department sanitizes and wipes down vehicles upon arrival before being taken to our technicians. Once repaired the vehicle along with the key(s) are sanitized and returned to the customer. Our facilities are cleaned several times a day and sprayed using disinfectant. Hi James! We checked in with our Parts department, and it sounds like EGR and Adapter Gaskets are not available for a 2000 Volkswagen Beetle 1.8T. However! We have other options for your Beetle that we'd love to go over with you. Please give our Parts Department a call at 614-889-2571.
