I had a leak during a rainstorm. I had only asked for an estimate. Instead they came out and completed the repairs without my knowledge or approval. I received a bill for $1200 as they were repairing the roof. I assumed it was a mistake since this was a small job. Also, I have seen their invoice for another property and they charged 5k to replace a same size roof. I called the owner, he said this was an emergency and he put me ahead of other jobs so that's the price. I said he should have let me know how much the bill was going to be before he started the repair. Besides disrespecting me by saying I don't work hard for my money, he threatened to leave the roof open and tell his workers to leave. I told him that's fine if he wants to do that, I'll pursue legal action and he hung up. He called back after two minutes and said the bill is now $300. I paid the bill. I was trying to prevent retaliation from the owner so I waited two years before I posted this review. I just posted this review and sure enough the owner texted me saying "Thank you so much for the bad review. I can't wait for it to leak again. I helped you and this is what I get." I have attached the screenshot of the text.
