Terrible service; I won’t be coming back. Owings Mills location regularly takes patients out of order, isn’t adequately staffed, and on three occasions in a row, I’ve waited for over three hours to get a room.

They are super slow even when it’s not busy! I’m not sure what they’re in there doing but a 4hr wait is ridiculous! Being called back to get registered only took 10 minutes but then another hour went past before vitals were taken. Then another hour to get a room because they were full. Then once you get to the room they make you wait for over an hour to be seen! I have a 6yr old autistic kid and he was getting antsy for waiting for such an extended period of time! Maybe I should have taken him to another location! I didn’t even wait that long when I went to the ER the last time! They need better staff that’s more attentive to the patients concerns. If it was me I’d rather just suffer with whatever I’m going through than to walk in this particular facility but it’s my son that was sick. I also wish I could leave a half of a star, they don’t deserve a full star and please stay away from this location!

Dr. Jeffery bedside manors needs work I was missed diagnosed and he wanted to send me by ema to the ER. Well long story short I did not go by EMS I drove myself and after 9 long hours in the ER They found Dr. Jeffery finding where wrong A waste of time and money .

Came in with a broken foot nd they couldn't even provide crutches for me when I left..The staff didn't even help me leave in there wheelchair a total stranger wheeled me out into the car..The amount of pain I was in after getting more then 1 xray bcz whoever was operating the xray machine had absolutely no compassion nd did not know what the hell she was doing, the only reason why I came here bcz my primary care office was closed..This office was terrible I came here half the ppl were sick from covid nd hardly no where to sit so if your vehicle was your only option, I sat in the waiting room..Don't even deserve a 1 star smh do not recommend this location
