I use to come to this store a lot when my son was young. I have not been in years and decided to go in today to find some clothes and toys for my little girl. The kids were playing quitely in the store while I was standing 4 to 5 feet away looking at an item. The old lady in the store decided to walk right pass me to address my children. When I told her to address me and not my children she proceeded to try and talk to them again, stating she wanted to make sure my young daughter was not over there alone playing with the toys. My pre teen who towers over me must have been invisible to her. We not be returning to this store ever again.

Thank you for reaching out about our Covid-19 practices. Anyone entering The Tot Spot must wear a mask over the age of 5. We are constantly wiping down doorknobs, railings, counters and other highly had trafficked areas. We work hard daily to keep our store in pristine condition.
