What's going on, I've tried multiple times to fax my information to Heather yet it will not go through. I faxed the information from Stark County Library and their fax machine worked fine (all 12 times, mind you) so it must be theirs. Now I can't get through to them, really, what's going on, where's the assistance they claim to give?

No. They do not take walk ins for anything. Everything is by appointment only. You need to do the call in system. Lines open at 9am Monday - Friday and end around 10am they take calls until they are out of funding for the day. You have to speak with a live person, you can't leave a message.

You will have to call for an appointment starting at 9 am Monday through Friday and keep calling until you get through. Good luck I hope you get some help
Unfortunately no. You have to call and the appointments usually fill up in the first few minutes
Not so sure about rent help there however they help with rent after an eviction at the salvation army? I believe... Please don't quote me. Hope that helps. Also you can call 211 for any of your needs 24 hours a day and they will help you tremendously! Have a blessed day and good luck
