A very unhelpful. Had a package arrive at 4:15 in the morning I came over at 5:00 a.m. and they would not help me at all until 7:30 a.m. and by then it was already too late because the package had been loaded onto another truck and they can't gain access to it because they will not go through and look to see if they can even access it anymore

Package was due to deliver on 9/9. I got a message that there was an attempted delivery but there was a security exception and is delayed. Every day I have gotten an email saying it is delayed. Today is 9/18. A driver pulls up and says the package is not on his truck but will be delivered today by a different driver. Guess what... it still has not been delivered.

Amazing trucking company! I've worked for a few others and this is the best so far!

Food is terrible, lines are long, air is dirty, not enough toilets for 500 people

Call human resources at the FedEx office on Route 665 in Grove City
Depending on where your package came from, and road conditions can determine delivery dates. I'm a over the road truck driver for FedEx ground. I run into bad weather that shuts me down for hours. Be patient we are trying our best to accommodate our customers.
No just take paper work up to line haul if no one there just lay it in front of the glass opening hope this helps
The trucks come and go all day, depending on the route. This is a distribution facility, a main hub. Someone comes up and takes the package from you. If you are waiting for a package, and have a tracking number, call the phone number on Google. They can give you more information or redirect a shipment.
Yes
You can, if you call the hub location. I have done it before and worked at this location previously.
Check the tracking number associated with the parcel.
I drive over the road for FedEx Ground. I was at the hub not FedEx Office store.
You can get an estimate via FedEx website.
