Title and Registrar Offices here - OUTSTANDING with low wait times. The testing office - RUDE/INACCURATE/UNPROFESSIONAL. You will have lower wait times, but understand if you go for testing, you can expect to be treated poorly by an unprofessional staff who act is if they are superior to everyone else. I have been to all 3 offices multiple times in the last 3 months as I recently moved to OH with my family. I was recently sent to the Testing office because they were the "experts" on the rules for transferring a drivers license on a military member from another state. Short version - they said it was not possible, the man was condescending and rude and he sent us on our way. I went to the Sharonville BMW, waited a lot longer, but the professional staff offered to call the HQ in Columbus, OH and received the correct guidance to give us a drivers license. The "experts" here were not correct...and did not even follow what the OH BMV web page stated. I had an incredibly positive experience dealing with the title office and the registrar office in getting our unique situation to get our vehicles titled. They were friendly, professional, had to check with others and ask questions - but helped us reach resolution and properly interpreted the rules as stated on-line. Bottom line: 5-star experience at title and registrar. 0-star experience at testing -- low wait times are nice, but if you are going to testing (written or driving), be mentally prepared ahead of time to be treated very poorly. I dealt with 2 different workers here (the other for my daughter's test) and they clearly have an unprofessional culture in the testing center. It is a shame because it detracts from the overall BMW experience at this location and gives other good people a bad rep.

I'm not sure I took someone to get their title and I didn't go in sorry I couldn't help you more.
No drivers test, I believe... Unless it was court ordered. Definitely going to pay reinstatement!
I'm not sure but call them before you go because I don't want to stand in those long lines
Yes the best thing is to call to set an opointment
You can go in person to make appt or call to schedule the appointment. I do believe the information to be online on their website.
That would be correct to both of your questions.
The best thing is to call dealer
U can look it up on they website
No
No, it depends on how many people people are in front of you. It's always best to arrive 30 min before the end of test time. Otherwise you may have to reschedule.
If it is a traffic ticket u should be able to pay online or mail it in with payment. I had a ticket in Kentucky and I was able to pay it online.
Yes they're in the same building the place for the test is to the left
Go to title division in Forest Park file for lost title have two forms of I.D. the power of attorney and if possible the vehicle registration. Then get plates at BMV next door from title division
You can conveniently do it online with your license number and related details. You'll be mailed a 3x5" card with the new address update that you should keep in your car/wallet at all times and upon request. If you want it on your license however, you'll need to visit the nearest BMV to get it done. The new license will be mailed to you within 5-10 business days.
Yes you can
Yes, they do take and have walk in appointments
I believe that I just had my s.s. card...and my old driver's license
That's correct you'll have to provide the car. Also if you are under 18 you'll need your temps with you.
You only pay when you pass... 22 for temps and 23 for license...
