I've been to this BMV in Norwood three times over the last year and it is fast, efficient and the people are friendly! This is a total 180 from what the BMV experience used to be. If you're over 40 you remember standing in long lines only to find out, you didn't bring the proper documentation. At this BMV they have someone at the door who greets you right away and ensures that you have everything you need so you don't possibly wait in line only to find out you don't have everything. I've recently got a motorcycle license, took the test and then replaced my CDL, everytime it's been less than a 5 minute wait. Love this place!

This was the BEST Bmv experience I have ever had. I needed to get my drivers license renewed along with my tags and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. The employees were friendly and efficient and I will be going back to this location next time around!

Quick and easy, well staffed. I got in a quickly growing line outside at 7:59 before they opened. It only took 18 minutes to renew my license. The employees were friendly, nice, and no nonsense. Best BMV experience hands down.

They have 1 computer so I think you have to book an appointment. I'm not sure though. You can call they're very nice.

Employee will add you to there kiosk and let you know when its time to go into the BMV. Once you go in listen for your name. Only had 15 min wait time....wasn't long at all and employees are very nice and welcoming.
Yes, you can get in line, online, at OhioBMV.gov You can select the Norwood location, and when you arrive at the agency, there is a clerk at the door that will check you in, and you will be placed in the order you were when you originally logged in online.
You cannot apply for a title that is in someone else's name. Either they would have to be here with you, or you would need a power of attorney.
