Absolutely RUDEST staff my boyfriend and I have ever dealt with. My boyfriend has a disability and is in a program with their bosses at Ohio State to get his license back, and they refused to help him. He had their number pulled up and this incredibly low quality woman refused to call and work with him until her boss told her to. They laughed in his face for having a disability, and were just absolutely rude. I would give this place negative stars if I could and all the women here deserve to be fired. I’ve literally never given a bad review in my life but this was insane.

I just moved back here from a state where wait times at the DMV could be anywhere from 3 to 5 hours. I don't think I have waited more than 10 minutes for anything here. Unfortunately, there is an employee who is always rude. I have also witnessed her with other customers being rude as well. Everyone else I have had help me has been polite and helpful.

It depends on which one you want. The 1 that you have to have to fly and get in federal building with your license or just a basic license. If you want the new compliant ID, you need documents in these categories: proof of identity, date of birth and legal status; proof of Social Security number; proof of Ohio residency. You do not need to leave the documents with the BMV, said Lindsey Bohrer, spokeswoman for the BMV under the Ohio Department of Public Safety What to bring to the BMV for a license renewal? Regular ID US Birth Certificate or US Passport. Social Security Card or W-2 Form. A document that proves your street address like a utility bill or school record.

Yes! I've been in on 3 occassions and the right guy has always been there. Kayaks, paddleboats, and fishing boat; had no problems.
