Nice small motel. Room was clean. Pond with picnic tables in the back. Actual key to get into the room. Nice little things like real coffee cups and paper towels in the room. Staff was friendly. We did not use the hot tub or sauna but it was available. Within walking distance of a few restaurants. We ended up driving to the Hot Springs Resort as it was a mile away.

What a wonderful place. An older building with new upgrades that give a modern feel and preserve the older charm. Good breakfast. Great staff. Our best motel experience all week. There's a great Mexican restaurant just a short walk west. Recommend.

RiverWalk Inn is very nicely run. It is clean, modern, and modest -- in a good way. That is, nothing is pretentious, but everything is well-thought out, esthetically pleasing, and comfortable. The breakfast is nothing fancy, but the breakfast room is very clean, well-organized, and inviting. We ate there with confidence and found the food simple, but fresh and tasty. The outside patio area was very pleasant place to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the ambience of the San Juan River. There is a little city park right there, where I fished for a bit before breakfast! The River Walk is also right there; you can walk from the Inn to downtown Pagosa Springs very easily.

Our room was the cleanest out of all the hotel rooms we stayed at during our road trip. The front desk employees were all friendly and I would recommend staying here. Oh and the little candies at the front area were yummy! The only reason why I did not give this place 5 stars is because the heater unit in our room was so noisy and would wake us up from sleep. It sounded like popcorn cooking.
