I have a high strung personality and I get nervous a lot... when I had a question or a concern about anything I would call more than the normal person would because I wanted an answer and I wanted it yesterday.. I would leave multiple voice mails and I always got a call back... They were very patient with me and my excessive questions or concerns... if i was having a problem with my anxiety over the phone they would calm me down and explain what was going to happen and when or why... would recommend... by not picking their law firm you will be doing yourself a disservice
