Surge set me up with a Job at Milark. They were very shady about the pay. Offered 18-20 per hour and beat around the bush about signing papers. They paid me 9.80 per hour. You have 30 days to mail double what you paid me or this is getting blasted on my social media account with 14k subscribers and the Nextdoor app. I’ll also be calling corporate.

I have had the worst time with this place. Dont use them as a temp to hire company. They dont tell you this but on your first check they will deduct the drug test and background check from your first check which will make you no money first week since they charge an absolute arm and leg for those two tests. There are way better temp agencies in mansfield, dont use surge they will screw you no matter what.

Very poor place to work always has excuses of why you didn’t get a full paycheck always charges for two drug test even if you only took one then charges you twice for the back ground check theses people don’t care if you have bills to pay they do not know how to run a business I wouldn’t even give them one star if I had the option I’ve worked for this company multiple times an every time I’ve gotten screwed I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO START WORK FOR THIS COMPANY
