Mark Bailey, who measured my flooring, removed the dining room vinyl and came back to put it back down was an extremely capable and nice person who was very customer-oriented. The installers, young men, who put down the bathroom flooring were courteous and sympathetic. However, I do have a problem with the office staff. This job was problematic as it had to be coordinated with Mr. Rooter who was digging up several areas in my home to replace a sewer pipe. I could only talk to Heather, who is only in on certain days and certain hours. When trying to schedule with her, I told her I had a business and was trying to work around that...and she said they are a business too and are booked very heavily at this time. Scheduling was finally agreed to over a period of 2 weeks to finish, but I am so grateful to Mark and his willingness to do the dining area himself as he admitted, it would be confusing to someone else. There were adjustments in my bill because some things were not needed in the bathroom area. I paid the balance with a credit card. Heather asked if I wanted a receipt, and I said yes. That was 3 weeks ago. I called on 5/18 and left word (as Heather was not in that day) to get a copy of the adjusted bill that said "Paid in Full." It is 5/27 and I still have not received it. All of this business is done by handwritten invoices. If the invoice was computerized, it would be a simple solution to adjust it and email it to the customer. Even if it is handwritten, I still haven't received it either by email or snail mail. My suggestion is that they computerize their business so that anyone in the office can look at a customer's account and see exactly what discussions took place, even with another person in the office. Everybody knows everything at the same time. And please mail me a final invoice stating "Paid in Full."
