Because of Doctor Timothy Ko, my Mother has begun to give up on treatment for her many ailments. For those who don’t understand, this means she wants to die. “Doctor” Ko has absolutely no bedside manner, no empathy, and no sympathy for his patients. His team also takes no accountability for their errors and has denied treatment because of an error their team made with phone calls. If I could, no stars would be allowed for a place that has forced a 63 year old woman to give up on her life. To hell with you all.

Dr Christopher K Masison did a double hernia surgery on me on March 8th 2022. It's a very painful experience to go through. He prescribed pain medication for seven days. I'm still in a lot of pain and requested a refill. I was told that he doesn't LIKE to prescibe pain medicine dog mor than 7 days. I was told IF I am still in pain to take Tylenol and if that didn't help he would see me and acces my pain to see what's causing it. This is 7 days after surgery. I'm thinking it's the surgery that's causing the continuing pain instead of something else. I am NOT A DRUG SEEKER I am a 68 year old man in pain

I would not recommend anyone to have Andrea Goedel as a provider because she is very uneducated and unprofessional. She doesn’t even deserve a star at all but you have to leave one but I wouldn’t if I didn’t have to. She does not listen to what you have to say and calls you a liar. She does not look into things further to find out the cause of the problem you are having. I spoke with an actual doctor about the situation and he ordered a test to further find the truth and she still called me a liar. I am in the medical field so why would I lie about my medications or abuse them in anyway. I was willing to give multiple urine samples and blood work to prove that I take my medications so for some reason they did not show up. If I was guilty of not taking my meds then why would I request further testing to try and prove I was taking what I was prescribed. Now she has me flagged as a pill seeker and liar because she is not educated enough to do further testing as to why they did not show up in my tests. So if you want your physician to listen to you and be treated for the medical issues you have and not be called a liar than I would not go to this woman for any of your medical needs.
