WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I order a 5 piece set of silicone lid covers set and only received the large one. Went online, tried to return the item, filled in the reason and was told that could not receive a refund to my original form of payment which was strange since it was ordered only 4 days prior. Then went to try to exchange the item and it said, can't be exchanged due to it being a "flash sale" item. Went to do live chat, explained the situation , it went through the process of offering Groupon Bucks (after this dealing I would never deal with them again) which I didn't want. It kept taking me through a cycle of unanswered questions and "Let me check into that's" I asked a couple times about do they actually have the 5pc. set and the only solution she gave was to keep the 1 lid and take 20 percent in Groupon Bucks. I had to get a little indignant and just asked do you have a 5 pc. set you can send or not? She then said I can exchange the item for another set. I was floored, I had tried every other possibility including her suggestion from the beginning. Time and money wasted and I will never spend a penny on this scam of a site anymore. Do not believe the free returns and refund hype, it doesn't exist.
