Mail delivery is very unreliable. We recently went days without receiving any mail, which was seemingly delivered to the wrong box. When they fixed that issue, they left the master key to open every mailbox in our neighborhood in one of the mailbox locks. There continue to be individual pieces that don’t show up, even though it is clearly listed among mail to be delivered through the Postal Services Informed Delivery service. They’ve failed to deliver everything from regular mail, to packages to even absentee ballots for the upcoming election. So not only are their consistent issues with delivery, there’s also cause for concern about the basic security of the process.

To the person working the front. If you're gonna have such a bad attitude, then maybe you should look into getting a different job. Treating people decently shouldn't be too much to ask.

Kinda funny now that not only one check but now my fifty dollar gift card has not been delivered I mean somewhere down the line if it’s at the home office or if it’s at our local office then something needs to be done cause this is down right uncalled for

LAZY rural driver. Repeatedly leaves packages near the road in the rain. Have informed the office that our dog died 2 years ago. He still leaves them at the end of the driveway.
