We've been sitting in waiting room now for 35 min with no one else! I finally asked receptionist how much longer and she said "have you been to the back window with your payment info?" Are you kidding me? Why would I have been there? There's not a sign telling me I must go there, you didn't tell me I must go there. Lack of communication, big time!

I want to commend Amber for her professionalism and compassion when drawing blood on my 2 girls, ages 8 and 5. She was warm and comforting and made them feel safe. She hugged them afterwards. Her kindness is astounding!! Thank you!!

The staff at the facility is great and I felt safe and comfortable throughout the procedure. They are also very professional dealing with your insurance. Booking the appointment was a nightmare. The woman who picked up the phone was beyond rude and disrespectful. I had to call 3 times before she actually booked me in, because she keep hanging up on me.
