Fast and quality service. Fixed a blue screen issue we were having with our laptop and were frustrated with because we couldn't resolve it ourselves and the system kept crashing. Very reasonable cost and service. Great job! Highly recommended.

My phone was fixed quickly. They were very accommodating to me since i came from a different town. Went to do some shopping and it was finished before i was done. The service was great. Scheduling appointment was very easy and the staff was nice.

This local business is an excellent source for phone repairs and I'm glad to have found them. I booked an appointment online and left my broken phone with Brittney who explained how the process worked, what the charges would be and answered all my questions. 1.5 Hours later I received a call from Elijah that the phone was repaired. It works perfectly, looks new and I'm a happy customer who won't hesitate to recommend this business to others. Well Done! I would give UBreakIFix 10 stars if I could!

A while back I took my Xbox one X to Ubreakifix. I knew the problem was that the HDMI port on the console had gotten bent and needed to be replaced. The employee inside was friendly and told me they could fix it, so I happily left the console there to be fixed. A while later I got a call saying they were unable to fix the HDMI port. I just assumed that HDMI ports must be too difficult to replace since a professional company was unable to do so. I left my Xbox untouched until today when I met someone who is an expert on fixing HDMI ports. We opened up the Xbox (which was bought brand new) and found severe damage left by UbreakIfix. They clearly had no idea how to fix the problem and destroyed my Xbox. What should have been an easy fix turned into potentially irreversible damage. They did not tell me about the damage, and it couldn't have been from anything else since the Xbox had never been opened other than by them. I'm hoping I can get this damage fixed but if not, I am out a 500 dollar console in otherwise amazing condition. I have attached pictures of the damage to the mother board, and the destroyed area the HDMI port is supposed to go.
