Wish I could give less than 1 star. Attempted to rent a motorized dolly to bring a refrigerator and sofa up 2 flights of stairs in a camp 3 hours away. I planned this well in advance including help from a fishing buddy. I called and reserved it. I showed up Saturday morning only to be told the equipment WAS RETUNRED BROKEN LAST WEEK and should not have been listed for rent. I asked about alternatives and they had none. All I got was a "mistakes happen". Not even an apology. IN SHORT DO NOT RENT FROM THEM IF YOU NEED EQUIPMENT. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PLANS OR INCONVIENENCE.

One star is too many. Equipment is broken more often than not. Our recent experience left us in a bind with a broken lift and tons of wasted fuel driving back and forth. We weren’t given an apology, instead we received sarcasm from the manager. They have Facebook reviews are turned off. Probably because of all the bad reviews.
