I will not spend 1 penny more with Robinson Brothers. 3 months after custom ordering a 2022 F250 through them, and neither they nor Ford customer service being able to give me a timeframe on the build (at the time I was told up to 12 months or more), I decided to purchase a used F250 from them until the new one arrived. 3 months later my build was given a production slot. The truck was delivered to Robinson 7 months after the order was placed and 3 months after I had purchased the used truck. When I arrived to finally purchase my long anticipated new F250, they decided that the used truck had depreciated $14,000 in just 3 months! These people do not value their customers. I had purchased 1 new Lincoln, a used F250, custom ordered a new F250, and was considering trading my wife’s Lincoln in on a 2022 Expedition they had on the lot…but rather than offering a reasonable trade, they let us walk. Unbelievable treatment of a repeat customer. In addition, the Lincoln service department is also terrible. I’ll take my business to a dealer that actually values their repeat customers.
