We offer 5am classes every day!
With small group class sizes we do not level our classes. At Evolve we maintain small class sizes in order to provide you personalized attention during your classes. Our instructors are able to modify for clients as needed.

Yes! We can customize a fitness plan for you. Whether you are looking for beginner classes, advanced, working through an injury, or anything in between we’ve got you covered.
At our Baton Rouge studio our heated classes are done under infrared heating panels. Infrared heat is amazing for the body and produces a more controlled heated setting over conventional heater. Infrared heat is a dry heat and heats your core body temperature. As a result you burn more calories, detoxify your body, increase circulation and reduce inflammation.
