Within 30 seconds of pulling into the Express Lane Alisha had met Me at the car door w/ a smile. From the moment I arrived I knew I was in good hands. Once checked in she would come by every 10-15 mins to make sure I was comfortable or to give me an update. In no time at all my car was finished, new shoes and all! I came in at 3:30 pm on a busy afternoon and was out of there by 4:30. I will absolutely keep coming back! This is by far the best car dealership/service repair dealership I’ve ever been to!!

Although, I had to return the very NEXT day, my vehicle was taken in right away. Upon completion, the technician, Mr. Curtis, explained in detail what the issue was. Standing there alongside of him was my service advisor, Ms. Macy. Who kept me informed throughout the entire process. My only negative was that my car smelled like fresh oil & lubricants when it was returned to me 😔

If Salsbury has never serviced your car then they won't look at it because it is over 10 years old. That's what I was told when I called about my 2007 chrysler sebring car.
