Pros: cheap. Lots of good equipment. Cons: Charged me $20 fee to downgrade my membership to basic. Hidden membership fees. Charges an annual “equipment fee” of around $60 near the year end every year (which pretty much what every gym does which is a total scam). Only have a four day window per month to make membership changes. Way way crowded in the afternoon after 4pm. Always out of hand towels.

The restrooms are not to clean, and the begin it was no doubt, but time past quality go down.

The 13 year old would have to have there own membership. Would have to be with the adult also but the adult would have to be there legal guardian have to show proof of that when getting the membership.
I'm confused now because the governor's order as well as the one from Cynthia Lee published online state the mask use is required in the modified phase 2.
All minors need the financial guaranty of a parent or guardian who must also sign the membership agreement to join Club4Fitness. Teenagers that are 15-17 may use the workout facility without a parent or guardian present. Hope this information answers your questions. Have a great day.
