Everytime I visit the front desk knows who I am and are very friendly. I get seen on time and never have to wait. Dr Smith listens to me and answers all my questions. I get excellent care.

The only dr i see is Dr Smith and she has always been wonderful. and the nurses have never been anything but sweet even if their having a rough day Wouldnt go anywhere else

I called to schedule a new patient appointment and was hung up on because I didn't know what doctor to select. I don't know lady....you could have helped me but you chose to disconnect the phone call. I'll move on to another, more professional practice.

I chose to go here in spite of the terrible reviews. I reminded myself that most people leave reviews when they are unsatisfied. That said, I have had a fabulous experience with front desk, accounting, phlebotomist, nurse and Dr. Lobello. In fact, this was the first time I ever had a Dr. speak to me in their office before proceeding with the first appointment and having a conversation and discussion in a relaxed space. Don’t feed in to all of the negative comments. Not saying they didn’t happen. Saying everyone has bad days and good days. Determine what’s best for you by making the decision yourself. Don’t know if you don’t try.
