They don't know their products and don't even know basic auto mechanics that should be at must at a must when recommending parts or upselling sometimes I would even call ahead of time to if my part I need was in and they would tell me yes it would be the wrong item. .. more than it is actually in for me ... Even management doesn't know basic auto mechanic parts... They at least should have them trained by computer certification about basic auto parts so they at least don't look like they don't know what they are doing.... Anyone can punch numbers into a computer.... Be cautious of their advice... Double check their recommendations.
