This company don’t deserve one star. When you call no one answers, they respond to emails sometimes, increased the garbage fee and you can barely get them to pick up once a week let alone as scheduled. If the driver sick or have a family emergency your garbage won’t get picked up, they must have one truck and it’s always broke so your garbage won’t get picked up. I pay on time every month can’t get a call back or response to me getting a refund I’m going with another company. I tried to work with them because I know about difficulties running a business because I’m a business owner but to not respond to your customers is unacceptable!!!

Service is very hit and miss. Recieve emails saying they are a day behind and then they do not show. Horrible business. Would give 0 stars if I could.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Paying for 2 pickups a week, and lucky to get 1. They pickup 2 cans a pickup, but refuse to pick up extra cans, even if they’ve missed pickups. It’s constant headache after headache trying to get them to be fair to their customers. When they miss pickups, they don’t have the integrity to credit their customers accounts for the missed pickups unless you call and complain. Absolutely the worst trash service in St. Tammany parish. Save yourself the headache and go with any other trash service. I think it’s time for a class-action lawsuit against this business. St. Tammany parish and it’s residents deserves better service than what this company offers. Don’t let them steal from you, choose a different trash service! ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Trash cans adding up for over a week now ⬇️⬇️⬇️
