AMY AMY AMY!!! #ROCKSTAR!!! I went into America’s Best on a Saturday Morning just hoping to get an appointment scheduled and to look around for some potential frames, then comes along Amy!! Amy asked me if I needed any help and I told her I am looking to schedule an appointment and get new glasses and also new contacts, so we sat down and she checked her schedule for me and the first two dates she gave me did not work, then she says you know what give me one second…she comes back and says would you like to be seen now! Amy went above and beyond and out of her way to help accommodate my busy work schedule!! She put me on the books and I was seen right away! In the meantime Amy checked my insurance and got me all set up with 2 options if I wanted to use insurance for my frames or contacts! Her expertise guided me in the direction that would be best for me! She is VERY VERY knowledgeable in the field and that gave me even more confidence to choose Americans Best for my services! I would like thank Amy for having a wonderful positive personality (because like I said it was a beautiful Saturday, and no one like to work on a beautiful Saturday) but Amy way very pleasant and a TEAM PLAYER! She is great at multitasking, while still concentrating on her customer in front of her… she was working with me and able to also help her peers that needed her expertise because they needed some assistance as well! What a great quality Amy! Thank you so much for the GREAT customer service I can’t wait to pick up my 2 pairs of glasses and my contacts! The company is really luck to have you!!! Thank you again! Made an appointment because there website says they take my insurance. Get to appointment and told we dont take your insurance. Ill admit i was frustrated (i didnt get loud or anything or act any type of way) cause my child was checked out of school for this. But when i say its on your website that its accepted. The lady at the front desk catches an attitude.
